Elevate Capital was founded by senior executives with full P&L accountability across manufacturing, FMCG, services and technology businesses. That operating experience is brought directly to every engagement, including advising boards, supporting founders and originating capital solutions.

Our background combines direct operating leadership across multi-site and cross-border businesses with active capital markets experience. We originate and structure significant debt and equity mandates on behalf of major global asset managers, alongside advisory work for founders and boards navigating growth, transformation or transaction events. Capital Markets

Originated and structured a $50m debt raising for a specialised Australian fund manager, engaging institutional capital and positioning the platform for broader investment. Multiple further capital raise engagements across equity and structured solutions have been led and executed, successfully funding growth-stage businesses through HNW, family office and institutional investor networks.

Institutional Origination

Active origination of debt and equity opportunities at scale in the Australian market on behalf of major global asset managers, bridging domestic deal flow with institutional capital deployment mandates.

Transaction

Negotiated an agreement with an ASX-listed entity for an RTO in the media space, originating the opportunity and managing the process through to terms.

Export & Distribution

Negotiated and executed 2 major export distribution agreements for an aggregate value exceeding $35m, covering PRC and SEA markets from a domestic manufacturing base.

Operations

Expanded domestic production capacity by 3X and established contracted manufacturing capability in HK, Taiwan and the UK. Built and led a cross-border team in PRC, navigating complex regulatory environments to support export growth into China and SEA. Delivered national IT implementations for major organisations including PWC, KPMG, Amcor, Ford Motor Company and Orica.
